Wage Management & Fringe Benefits

Our Wage and Fringe Benefits policy is to establish a fair and competitive wage structure in line with the sector dynamics and in compliance with the duties and responsibilities of the employees for drawing and retaining the talents with great competence to contribute to the mission of our company.

In addition to these, we support our employees with “Private Pension System” that we initiated with the intention of encouraging our employees to build up savings, and with marriage and maternity benefits and remunerations.
